My boyfriend insisted on unpacking it himself. But he was a little scared by how quickly it started to decompress, haha, it gave us a scare. I haven't slept on it yet because they said to let it sit for 24-72 hours. But I'm looking forward to it!!
If there aren't any updates, then there's nothing wrong with it at all.
When I bought this mattress, it came in a long narrow box. My husband said how could a king size mattress come in a box like that! I had no idea like him and I was confused. I was like, what have I done! But when I unwrapped the plastic, unpacked it, and unfolded it, it just came alive, it just exploded and took shape. I was amazed, it looked so beautiful!
My husband was shocked at how perfect it was and also glad that the money was not wasted. He said, I love it! It's so comfortable. It fits my body tightly and there is no noise!!!
We are both very happy with its comfort. Because we fall asleep faster, sleep more soundly, and feel better after a full night's sleep. It met all our expectations.
The price was right. I highly recommend it!

Update after two weeks of use
The mattress was too firm for me, so I purchased a plush cushion to add some softness.
This is a medium firm mattress, on the firm side. Very supportive and well balanced. I would say it is a barely good mattress because it needs a little extra plush to be perfect. But it's not a big deal and you can buy a cushion to make it a perfect mattress.
To my surprise, this mattress is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on.
I wanted to wait to review it after we had slept on it for a while so I could give it a fair review.
We have been sleeping on it for about a month now and it is still perfect.
We both weigh over 200 pounds and are in our 60s and are still very happy with it.

And when I sleep on the mattress, it doesn't move too much if there's another person lying next to me, so you're not suddenly woken up, which is perfect for people like me who don't sleep well. The price is also very affordable! Couldn't love it more.
After sleeping on this mattress for a couple days, it all felt good and met my requirements and sleep needs. Overall, after almost two weeks of use, this mattress is perfect and fits my needs perfectly. I would recommend this mattress and when our family is ready to replace another bed, we will consider a larger size.
To my surprise, it didn't have any pungent smell. The first night was the most comfortable sleep I've had in years. And with my two schnauzers sleeping with me, I couldn't feel them moving throughout the night. Stayed cool almost all night and didn't wake up with the usual shoulder pain. I haven't had a sleep like this in a long time.
Okay, I should have read the instructions first, after waiting 48 hours it did expand to 12". My mistake.......
UPDATE: It's been about a month now, and I'm actually starting to feel it sagging where you sleep. I tend to sleep in the center, so I don't really notice the lack of edge support on either side of it. But so far so good, sturdy and nice.
Mattress is nice but not as described, a little soft for me.
The mattress was well packaged, arrived in a timely manner, and was fluffed up within 24 hours.
Don't sit on the edge of the bed, there is no support and it just presses down. In fact, my previous mattress didn't have edge support either, I wanted to give it a little more time and sleeping in the middle was perfect.
I'm going to wait a couple more weeks to see how it goes and then update.
I let it inflate for about 36 hours before I slept on it, and it expands very quickly, so be careful.
From the time I got the package to the time I let it inflate, there was no smell at all during that time.
It says medium firm but it's a little hard so I put a pad on it. My boyfriend and I haven't had any discomfort in our backs from sleeping on it for the past couple days.

Then I searched and realized that medium firm didn't mean what I thought it did.
As you can see from my photo, when I sat in the middle of the bed, my body sunk considerably into the mattress. I think it's about an inch and a half. I weigh 178 pounds and am 6.2.
In terms of the sleeping experience, this means that if you sleep on your back or stomach like I do, your body won't be able to stay aligned, but if that's the way you like it, then the mattress will likely be very comfortable for you.
I'm not sure if my review applies to everyone, as comfort is very subjective, but I just wanted to provide some information that might be helpful to someone who prefers a truly firmer mattress.
The box is also very long in shape and has some weight to it so when you move it to where you live it's challenging, even though it's easy to carry it's still heavy.
Pros.
I purchased this mattress inflated with 36 hours of use. The queen size is accurate and fits well with my queen size bed frame.
Cons: It is not as soft as the reviews suggest. However I prefer a softer bed so it's still a bit hard for me, maybe I'll buy another pad to go with it, it does look pretty good after all.
