I was really surprised how fast the mattress arrived. I ordered a queen size. The box was heavy but I was still excited. The problem is that it doesn't fit on queen and full size bed frames. It just sits on the floor in my guest room. I like the sturdiness but hate that it doesn't fit on the bed frame... Good price and great sturdiness.

Update: The seller asked for measurement photos, I sent them and my mattress is still on the floor. I'm even thinking that the homeless shelter could do some good with this mattress...

This is fine for a kid's bed or guest room, where it's comfortable if you don't sleep in it very often, but it's a bit awful for an adult to sleep in every night.

The mattress is a bit medium firm, not firm. The top padding could be a bit thicker I think. Delivery was fast. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

The dips at the edges mean that when I sleep with someone else, the mattress cannot support my weight properly and I fall off. I could buy a bigger bed, but nobody wants to fall off when sleeping on the edge. When I sleep alone in the center of the mattress, it is comfortable enough and I sleep well, but it is not supportive enough in my opinion.

It seems to be a comfortable mattress for my son and he likes it and has commented to me how comfortable it is. However, I don't like that it sinks around the edges which is bad since I like to sit on the edge of the bed.

Have been using this bed for almost half a year now. I have enough experience to say that it has improved my sleep quality as I sleep more soundly. Especially the switch to a queen size mattress has been exciting enough for me to roll around in it. It is fairly firm but I have not had a bad experience so far so I highly recommend this bed if you are looking for a good mattress at a good price.

It's basically what I expected. I didn't feel any springs when sleeping on it. It's comfortable and a little springy. The only downside is that the edge sinks in when I sit down (not too bad, just a little noticeable). But for the price, it's reasonable.

Bought this mattress for my 9 year old daughter and it shipped faster than expected. It expanded very quickly after unpacking it. I tried it and it was very comfortable and the springs were supportive enough. My daughter had no complaints either. I bought this for my RV for my upcoming travels. It fits perfectly and is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever used. I can't believe how radiant I will feel when traveling, and it works wonders for my fatigue.

My kids love the refreshing and comfortable mattress, in fact it is really beautiful. The whole white color is very clean. They commented on how soft and comfortable the new mattress is, they like them, and I like them/them too.

I hate this mattress. It's extremely hard and causes me a lot of pain in my body. I had only slept on it for less than a few weeks before I even emailed. Giving it 3 stars only because the customer service was great and they did refund my money in a very nice manner. That's it.

First, the mattress is smaller than the stated size, which I measured after 48 hours. After unfolding the mattress, I found two pieces of dust. On the bright side, it is very quiet (with significant motion isolation). Well, I can only give it 3 stars.

I have been trying to find the right mattress ever since my old spring mattress started having problems a few years ago. But it has not been a smooth journey. Until I found this mattress. It is a hybrid mattress - springs plus foam. It comes in a tall box and is vacuum sealed. It expands to the right size in a few minutes. There is a lot of "springiness" when you press on it with your hands. It feels soft to the touch as well. Therefore, I thought it would be quite soft when I lay down. But it was not, because it was medium-firm as described. I put a mattress pad on it and slept well. Unfortunately it is not my dream mattress. I guess no one makes soft mattresses anymore. Sad. . . .

I slept on it once. It was a terrible experience and I wanted to throw away this actually great mattress. Because my husband loves it. But it's not for me.
*****UPDATE***** Well, it's actually fine. I put the fluffy mattress topper on it and it's so comfortable, it's totally different than before. I don't wake up with back pain. Glad I didn't actually throw it away.

I bought a new mattress for the room I just cleaned up and put it on a metal frame alone. Since it is a guest room and I don't sleep in it very often, I am very satisfied with its price and comfort.

The mattress was very uncomfortable at first. I weigh 160 lbs and after a few nights my ribs started to hurt. Then I added a 3" foam pad and it's much better. No other major issues.

I bought a large size mattress to put in my granddaughter's room and the guest bedroom in my house. We have been using it for over a month and so far, my granddaughter has responded very well. It does not lose its shape and is a good place to sleep. It is also reasonably priced and durable. Although we have only had it for a short time, I believe in it. We are very satisfied.

I find the hybrid mattress very comfortable. For even more comfort, I added a gel foam layer on top and it feels amazing!

I had a terrible sleep. I even thought the carpet I had used for several years was more comfortable than the tile. But the customer service was great and we all came to an agreement.

The price is good and I like the comfort and quality, but I noticed some glue marks on the mattress when it was fully expanded, which was a bit unsightly.

Great mattress. Really good. Giving it 4 stars because it's been 4 years since I bought it. But now it needs a new mattress, it doesn't work anymore. So sad.

I use this mattress occasionally and am glad that it doesn't have any odor... I was surprised that the memory foam part on top of the springs I measured was actually quite short, yet it was still very comfortable and I couldn't feel the springs under the padding!!

This is the first time I saw the power of a boxed mattress. When I unpacked it, I was startled by the hissing sound of air entering. I thought a snake had crawled into the package. Later I found out that it was the mattress expanding.

The mattress arrived in perfect condition and magically it opened up to its intended size. Comfortable but fairly hard. Would recommend getting a plush cover.

I saw most people liked it (in the reviews), but when I got it I actually thought it was pretty hard for me. I bought a foam mattress topper to make it more comfortable. For the price it was really inexpensive and it was a good deal to get a topper to make it more comfortable.

My boyfriend loves this mattress. I am a bit more sensitive and can feel the springs. He can't. It is firm and we plan to move it to the guest bedroom and use it occasionally for guests. This works out well.

Well, actually I needed a bigger bed so I bought this one. So happy, my cats and I sleep on it comfortably.

This is an okay quality but very affordable mattress. The price is great. But still can't compare to high end mattresses. If you are looking for a cheap mattress, this is the mattress to go for. I don't regret buying it because I got a cheap mattress at a cheap price. As expected.

It's hard to return it after it's been unpacked, FedEx says it needs to be in the box like it came in or they won't return it. Unless you have a vacuum cleaner, you can't.

I started using this mattress in September 2019.

Too hard, is this medium firm? It doesn't feel like it. But the actual quality of the bed is very good, even delivered ahead of schedule, I think I need to buy another mattress cover to adjust to it.

The box is so heavy. But it's so satisfying to watch the mattress expand and unfold when you open the vacuum seal, and it happens so quickly. It's firm. It has almost no bounce when I sit on it, but I found that this made it more comfortable to sit in bed and read, and for someone who is used to sleeping on super soft cushioned foam beds, it was not easy to get used to. I actually didn't hate it as much as I thought I would, mainly because I was relieved that I finally upgraded from a full-size bed to a queen-size one. Yay!!!

I've had this mattress for almost 3 months now. It's firm enough (not too soft or too hard). Also, the edges/corners of this mattress tend to sink a little when lying or sitting. Even though I have a full size mattress, it still feels heavy. The stitching and fabric are very nice. Fairly comfortable, but we would probably add a 3" mattress topper to make it a little softer. People who like to sleep on the firm side would find it perfect. Definitely worth the money.

It arrived today and the first thing I noticed is that it doesn't take 3 days to inflate to full height. Because it inflates very quickly.

After a day, the mattress feels firm but still soft on top. It's my ideal mattress.

I think after 2-3 months of use, I might see if it starts to lose support.

We bought the full size mattress (54" x 75") and let it expand for 3 days (it unpacks quickly once you remove the sealed bag of the mattress)! But overall, the bed is very comfortable for a medium firmness. Not bad for the price! We plan to rotate it monthly just to make it wear more evenly and give it a longer life. Not sure it will last 10 years, but time will tell.

Bought a full size mattress that looked good, but after 3 days of fluffing it still didn't fully stretch, so I could feel the springs and couldn't use it. I reported it to customer service, but no response yet.

Update: Customer service contacted me and replaced the problematic mattress after confirming the condition of the mattress. This is great customer service that really cares about the customer's thoughts, provides good communication, and really strives to make the customer happy. I am very satisfied.

I bought the 10" twin size and it's still a little short of 10". But it's still nice and medium firm. Nothing to complain about. But it would be nice to have a handle to make it easier to move around.

I bought this for my 7 year old son's room! As he is getting old enough to sleep on his own. The mattress is firm, springy, and so comfortable that he stays in it all the time. Only problem is that I bought it too thick and then put extra padding on it to make it even thicker.

In my opinion, this is a decent mattress. The product description says it is medium. But I think it is on the firm side for me. Make sure to let it fluff up for at least 2 days. Then you will have a very good mattress.

It's not firm enough for me, and it's really hard to find a particularly firm bed in today's market, but it has a lot of demand. There are no other problems except this. Is it better for me to sleep on the floor? Because the floor does make me comfortable.

I'm generally happy with this purchase. I took off one star because it doesn't have a handle. And it's heavy and hard for me to move it on my own. It pretty much inflated in half a day, but I left it for three days because I didn't want to risk it affecting my sleeping experience.

I purchased the 8" king size and the mattress is very comfortable, slightly firm and a little springy.

Since the box was so compact, I thought it wouldn't fully inflate as it was smaller than previous boxed mattresses I've received. However, this mattress is amazing. All the features worked perfectly and exceeded my expectations.

I bought a 10" Queen size mattress and I use it on and off for 8 months out of the year. I put my mattress topper over it and it is very comfortable when you lay down. Of course it will be interesting to see how durable it is long term.

I feel so much more comfortable with this bed! It's very comfortable and the right firmness. But my puppy is not used to the new bed and it's still a little strange to my dog. Haha! I was looking for a 12" king size boxed mattress. It arrived on time, it was a big heavy box so I called an extra person to move it to my bedroom. I opened it and watched it expand and then let it sit for 3 days (72 hours). Now I get a great night's sleep and it holds up very well. Highly recommended...you can stop considering other options and just buy it.

This mattress is a good sleeper (for the price).
Cons:
The springs don't provide enough support at the edges.
The mattress is heavy (maybe a con?)
Don't remove the outer packaging until you've rolled it out and removed the vacuum bag.
There are no handles on the mattress for maneuvering.
Overall, it's worth buying.

If you like a firm mattress, this is the mattress for you. Or you can put a cover on it if you have one. It is vacuum sealed and once you puncture the plastic, the mattress expands to its full thickness. I didn't smell anything. Everything was fine.

I put it in the guest room and it is so springy! My guests are very happy with their sleep. But as I said before, the mattress is very springy and my dog ??loves to jump up and bounce off it. So we keep the dog away from it to keep it springy.

It was packaged very well, the box was a little damaged, probably from handling. It was amazing to see the mattress expand when you took it out of the plastic packaging. I actually slept on it the first night even though they recommend 72 hours for full inflation. Very comfortable and my deep sleep has finally increased which I measured with the app.

Also I would say that the edges of the mattress are not reinforced like traditional mattresses, try not to sleep on the edge of the bed, it will fall off.

45 days later, this bed has been great. As for firmness, I would rate it as medium firm. There is very little sinking when lying on it. Purchasing a mattress online was a big gamble for me since I have never ordered a mattress for delivery and was not able to try it out before purchasing, but I am glad I took the risk. Because I slept really well. I never knew how much better a good night's sleep can make you feel.
Personally, I think the reason why the mattress is so comfortable is because it has coils in it, unlike a memory foam mattress.
Look, the most important thing is to trust all the good reviews you read about this mattress, because they are all true. I totally recommend this mattress. It is amazing.

The mattress is starting to get old, and I admit that it has lost its "new" feel since it has been almost two years. But I can't say it is uncomfortable. It is definitely not like when I first started sleeping on it, I didn't even want to get out of bed in the morning. But I also didn't have any problems, like back pain or anything like that. I hope it lasts longer.

The convenience and price of this mattress is a real plus and I definitely recommend it as an everyday mattress purchase whether you have back pain or not.

Highly recommended for everyday mattress purchase. However, you have to dispose of the old mattress yourself, after all, the old mattress is very distressing to me.

The mattress is exactly as described - memory foam on top, firm bottom, and appears to have springs in it. After two weeks of use, my back pain has decreased. It would be better if it had more memory foam, as I love a soft mattress, but overall, this mattress is a good value for the money.

We replaced our old, rather expensive mattress with this one as it wore out quickly. People who want a softer mattress will need to look elsewhere, but people with back issues may like it as I do. It is on the firm side though, not medium firm, but that's up to you.

Love this mattress. Since I sweat a lot and kick the covers off, I had to find a bed that didn't retain heat at all. I found it. Yes, I still get hot as hell (physique), but when I pull the covers off, I instantly feel more comfortable. It's amazing. I no longer feel like I'm going to spontaneously combust hahahaha.

I've had this mattress for just over 2 months and so far it's been great. It strikes a good balance between firmness and conformability, especially when I sleep on my back. This is not a good mattress for side sleepers. With such high reviews, I would have thought it would be very comfortable, but it is only comfortable for back sleepers. We are side sleepers and it was a little strange to get used to. It gave us some back pain in our neck and shoulders. I think we will try adding a mattress topper. I just got my perfectly sized 12" king mattress and it finally arrived. While it's not fully fluffy yet, it felt pretty good as soon as I laid on it. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. This bed is a hybrid. I can't feel the coils but it still has the firmness we like. There is some movement when moving so you do feel your partner turning but it's minimal. We've had it for almost a week and it feels great. I haven't noticed a really weird smell like others have mentioned. I should point out that I'm pregnant and this bed is great for pressure relief and a very comfortable sleep.
